New York Baseball in June

Ok so much to talk about. A-rod Returns and the Yanks go on a streak. Everyone is hitting better. This is all of a sudden A-rod’s doing. No one would have hit better without him returning. Texeira has been unbelievable. This is not because A-rod returned. This is beacuase the Yankees are paying this man a tremendous amount of money to do what he does, and that is to hit and be a sterling fielder. Canoe and Melky have been unbelievable, Gardner is doing what needs to be done, showing the speed the Yankees have not had in what seems like forever. The fielding has been amazing as the Yankees have set the new record of 19 consecutive games without an error. The Yankees have been coming back late in games, show fight, and have an unbelievable amount of come from behind victories compared to total wins. This is not all because of A-rod, but I will say that his presence in the lineup has been positive. I am not ready to give him credit for how the Yankees are playing BECAUSE HES BATTING 211! I am finished with the A-rod saga. He is signed for the rest of his career to be a Yankee, and his inconsistency to hit in a big spot is something we will have to deal with for the rest of his career, which he can change but has to done yet. He is tainted for life because of the roids but I am ready to move on. I tried to become an A-rod fan last year, and the recent developments have obviously thrown that out of wack. As soon as the guy begins to grow on you, he gets caught up in more nonsense. The idiot Brian Cashman had better make a move regarding the bullpen soon, or this team will have no shot when pulling out their starters against a team with good pitching, especially with a small lead. The yankee bullpen is mostly a joke other than Rivera and Bruney and unfortunately “misused” Phil Hues. Lets see. What do you do with the most highly touted starter in your minor league system Mr Cashman? That starter being Phil Hues. What the idiots did was misuse, abuse, and prematurely bring him to the majors, all because the schmuck Cashman did not get proper pitching in 2007. What do you do with another guy who comes in seemingly out of the blue and dominates out of the bullpen? Dominates. Did you hear what I said? DOMINATES! All because the bum Cashman did not get proper relief pitching. That pitcher being Joba Chamberlain. So let me get this straight, you have a kid who could be a great starter and you make him a reliever, and you have a proven monster reliever and you make him a starter. This is what the fools who run the Yankees do. I always wonder why people in power are so utterly incompetent. I wonder if Brian Cashman pisses sitting down, and shits standing up. It really would not surprise me. This moron continues to wreak havoc on this organization and I can not wait till he is gone. The problem is that the Organization is still run by dumb and dumber, aka Hank and Hal Steinbrenner respectively. Speaking of Rivera, I am sick of hearing that he is no longer Mariano and this and that. He is coming into situations that make me scratch my head. Congratulations on the 500^th save Mr. Rivera. You are one of the great ones.

The Red Sox, they own the Yankees case closed. This is a serious issue that must be addressed or more of the same will occur as has occurred for the last five years. As for the Castillo subway series debacle, I cant kill this guy. I also find it Asinine that certain morons on ESPN and WFAN are equating this to Bill Buckner. The thinking is if the Mets do not make the playoffs by a game this is Castillos fault. This team has disgraced it self two years in a row the last day of the year, and that is not Castillos fault. The guy gets a bad rap but hes had a more consistent career than many of the bums on this team. The Yanks then sweep the second series. What is the Mets excuse now? Brian Bruney is talking smack about K-rod. They have a little pre game scuffle. Who cares? I welcome any smack talk to K-rod, one of the most obnoxious player is MLB. The Mets injury issues are really unbelievable at this point. Maybe this will be the excuse Minaya uses when the Mets fall on their face once again. Hey what happened to Chris “the mad dog” Russo? I thought he was going to be a huge star? What does he think he’s Howard Stern? Please. What a loser. I don’t miss the fool at all. Mike Francesa by himself is suddenly more tolerable than both bums at once.

What is Michael Kay’s excuse now for Joe Torre’s success now that Manny Ramirez is out for fifty games? The dodgers are 21 games are over 500 and own the best record in baseball. The main propaganda mouthpiece for the YES Network must feel like the bum he is. I don’t even want to address what a moron Kay is. He should shut his big stupid mouth and eat shit for the way he did Joe Torre. Now Manny turns out to be another lying cheating Bum. The word on the street in Boston is that David Ortiz is not playing well because he is no longer juicing. Nothing surprises me any more, they are all bums and I am sick of the subject.

My Two Cents

I have been getting emails regarding my “portrayal” of Alex Rodriguez as a bum and a cheater. Lay off this guy, leave him alone, he is not the only one blah blah. Let me just put this out there. My problems with A-rod have been because of his inability to hit in big situations. This and this alone has given him the bum status. As far as his lying and cheating regarding doing steroids, I expect nothing less from a guy who cant keep his foot out of his mouth for five minutes. Let me also say this. As I rip Alex Rodriguez for being a cheater I have not singled him out. I equally ripped bums Barry Bonds, Mark Macguire, and Roger Clemens. Now we hear about Manny Ramirez, another bum and Liar who is stupid enough to take steroids amid all the recent controversy in th Major Leagues. Are we to believe that he just started to take steroids now? If so he may replace Brian Cashman as the stupidest man in baseball. I am so sick of this nonsense I will not even go into it. Now lets talk about something else. While I do not ever encourage steroid use, I also do not respect the rats who thrive on other peoples stupidity. I ripped stool pigeon and embarrassment to baseball Jose Canseco. Now I will rip subhuman beast Selena Roberts. This specimen of human sewage has written an entire book about Alex Rodriguez’s steroid use. She released excerpts of her book when it become known that there was a list of players who tested positive for steroid use. Now that Alex Rodriguez on the disabled list, her publisher has pushed the release of her book back until Rodriguez returns to the Yankees. This is absolutely disgusting and she Sports Illustrated should be ashamed of herself. This is a perfect example of how miserable our society has become. I will say that in defense of Alex Rodriguez, he should not have been the only one to be on the list to be exposed and that this woman is sewage for doing what she is doing. As much as I got on A-rod, what is really disturbing is that the man seemed to be the real deal as far as putting up the numbers to break the home run record. If you notice I really did not rip A-Rod last year. I accepted the fact that he was going to be a Yankee for the rest of his career and that Yankee fans would have to live and die with him. I thought that even though he is flawed as far as being a clutch player, he was the only guy to put up those sick numbers and be legitimate. Well unfortunately the real Home Run King Hank Aaron, will most likely be bumped down the list by not one cheating bum but now two. It is truly a disgrace. Now as far as the disgusting liar, and squirrel of a man Bud Selig goes, we will have to hear again how disappointed he is regarding steroid use. Let me tell you something about this conniving, disgusting charlatan. THIS MAN IS THE WORST COMMISIONER BASEBALL HAS EVER HAD AND AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO OUR GAME. Until this piece of garbage goes, baseball will be a disgrace. This schmuck created and nurtured the environment for steroid use, and should be removed asap. This is what happens when you let a used car salesman be the commissioner of baseball. If you do not believe he was a used car salesman do your knowledge and you will see. This man is the worst thing possible to happen to our great pastime in years.

Next: I am sick of hearing that the Mets are back because they won three games in a row. This team is a joke and Oliver Perez should be ashamed of himself for not going down to the minors to work things out. He is a bum and should be cut asap. I have gotten email regarding how quickly I turned on Omar Miniya. Well, I really thought Miniya was the best Gm in baseball because he seemed to make everything he touched turn to gold. He seemed to be able to mix the New school computer models with the old school gut feeling of a baseball man and it seemed to work. I also gave him maybe some extra support because he is from My Old Neighborhood on Elmhurst Queens. Well let me say this. You got a guy in your starting rotation who you are paying twelve million year that probably could not even be effective at the college baseball level. What do you want me to say. He tried to shore up the Bullpen and he assumed he would get the same numbers out of his players that he did last year. I would be surprised if Delgado gets anywhere near what he did last year. He also stabbed Willie Randolph in the back so what do you want me to tell you? He's not on his job. I hear many met fans calling the local sports radio stations talking about breaking up the core, and getting rid of Reyes. Well of been advocating removing the idiot Reyes for some time. The guy is immature and overrated.

Next: The Yankees. I do not even know what to say. Hank and Hal the two morons have been awfully quiet as of late. I like Joe Girardi, but I really can’t deal with the way he utilizes the bullpen. In a game that the Yankees tied late in the game against Tampa, Mariano came into the ninth and struck out the side. He had not pitched in 6 days. Then Girardi removes him and Phil Coke comes in and gives up the long ball. I think Coke is actually a pretty decent pitcher from what I have seen, but for the most part, the rest of the bullpen is a joke. I mean these guys couldent hold down a platic bag with their foot. Then again, Joe is giving these guy a job to do in certain situations and they are not getting it done. I can not blame him 100%. He can’t go out there and pitch himself. The problem is also that this team just does not get any clutch hits. They just are not getting it done. It has become ugly. Thank monumental failure Brian Cashman for putting this team together. For not spreading around the talent and putting all his eggs in the baskets of these superstar names that really have not gotten the job done. I am talking over the last miserable 11 years that the idiot has run the team. Randy Johnson, Carl Pavano, Giambi, do I really have to go through this again? What does this man have on the Steinbrenner family. A fifteen year old fantasy baseball nerd could run this team better. As long as I have to hear this disgraces voice on the radio and on TV, I will have a burning in my soul I can not describe. Cashman and Girardi will be gone after this year. Take that to the Bank. How many times must I reiterate these facts? Lets be clear. A man takes over a corporation at the top of its Production. The man tries to keep this corporation at the top of its game but continues to spend ridiculous amounts of money yet the corporation falls deeper and deeper into debt. I am not complaining about the sweep in Boston which was an embarrassment, I will get to that later. Here is the problem with this team. It is run by an absolute idiot, with a smug attitude that makes me and most sick. How bad can it get before the morons who own the team (Hank and Hal Steinbrenner, aka Dumb and Dumber) make the moron Cashman take some responsibility? He goes out and spends top dollar on some great pitching this off season. I have been asking for this for years. The idiot finally gets it. But he is about ten years too late and 500 million dollars too short. It has been proven that spending insane amounts of money does not win championships. It has also been proven that having a moron at the helm does not win championships. This guy should have been run out of town seven years ago but he continues to be the arrogant moron because 90% percent of the bums who write about New York Sports give him a pass. Mike Taibbi may be the only one who knows the deal. Max Kellerman has touched this subject as well so props to him. I mean if you listen to Michael Kaye the lackey, you would think that Brian Cashman is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Michael Kaye will badmouth Joe Torre and lick Cashman's heels. The bottom line is that Torre even said that Cashman did not have his back when negotiating with the Subhuman Yankee brass about keeping his job. Last I looked the dodgers were in first place and made the playoffs last year. Last I looked the Yankees can not win a game and Joe Girardi has looked outclassed especially against Terry Francona. Here is my main beef with Cashman, and all of the idiots who make decisions at the Yankees. Joba Chamberlain is not in the bullpen. I will not go into this insanity again. It just shows how amazingly stupid the people who run this organization are. Put Joba back in the pen now and end the nonsense. This is an absolute disgrace. Look these are the facts: THE YANKEES WILL NOT BE IN THE PLAYOFFS AGAIN THIS YEAR AND WILL NOT WIN WITH BRIAN CASHMAN AS GM.






Next order of business: Joe Girardi. First off, as Lou Piniella once said "I would not want to be the guy taking over for Joe Torre". Well, I have been very supportive of Joe Girardi the last year and a half. I think he is a good guy, a excellent baseball man, and I do like his approach. I do think however he is overmanaging. If Joba was in the pen I do not think he would do this as much. It seems he does not trust a lot of guys in a lot of situations. Anyway, Joe is a good guy and from one Joe G to another, I got his back. You cant blame this guy for these bums not hitting.

Next: Ching Ming Wang. He is the Yankees most important pitcher and I have never seen a guy get so lit up after being so effective. Ive seen slow starts and bad outings early in May but this guy is starting to look like Jorge Julio the way he is throwing batting practice. This should not effect the Joba situation. Joba needs to be in the pen.

He is a young pitcher who started to finally come around last year and had better numbers than Ollie and Maine. I hope the Mets break their tradition and don’t trade him for some idiot as they have done with so many pitching prospects in the past. Oliver Perez is your number three starter? Am I missing something here but does your number three have to act as a stopper sometimes? Perez is anything but solid. Flushing’s Jekyll and hyde gets re-signed for a ton of money after winning ten games last year and never getting it done in a big spot. Once this guy allows any kind of run to score, he can not stop the bleeding. Hey Im not mad at the guy for taking the money but I am mad at the Wilpon’s for writing the check and Miniya for putting the deal together. This guys is getting 12 million this year. Mariano River makes $15 million this year. This is a mindblowing disgrace. Only in the modern era of baseball can a bum make $12 million a year after being 5 games under .500 lifetime. Does Omar Miniya need his head examined? The Wilpons certainly do. Did you hear what the Wilpon’s accountant said when he found out Madoff was a crook? He said Madoff was the least of their problems because they are expecting even less of a return from some guy named Oliver Perez. All jokes aside, this must have been the dumbest signing in a long time. I mean this gives the cretin Cashman a run for his money. I mean is this a comedy? I think Mel Brooks would have a hard time making up something this asinine. Next: John Maine. This guy I cant really get on to much because he is better than his number show, and his numbers are not bad. He also won ten games last year but only started 25 games. Maine is a good young pitcher but we will see how he does after being hurt last year. Finally Livan Hernandez. Now I have always been a fan of this guy but his best days are behind him. He can not compete in the major leagues anymore but Omar decided it was a good idea to sign a guy with an E.R.A. over six. Another bright move from the guy who lost his mind. Omar what happened to you? I always had your back. I even restrained myself when you stabbed Randolph in the back with the help of your lapdog Alcazar. Now I can no longer accept your nonsense. You have had two years to handle the debacle that was 2007 and what have you done? This rotation has huge holes that need to be filled. Omar is always saying that there was no one out there to sign. Derrick Lowe, CC Sabathia, Javier Vasuez was traded for a few prospects, Ervin Santana was out there, A.J. Burnett, Randy Wolfe, Brad Penney, and all you could do was the easy and lazy thing and sign the bum Perez. I have been talking about the Mets sorry pitching staff for years and no one listens. That’s ok, now Miniya will here about it when his time runs out with the fans here and you must fqce up. You must face up to the horrendous debacles of 2007, and 2008, that were easily the worst chokes I have ever seen. Not the Mets have to contend with the Marlins who are off to a fast star. This team can beat the Mets in their sleep and actually take pleasure in doing it. This Met team lacks heart so maybe Gary Sheffield will start smacking some people around the clubhouse. Is the New Yankee stadium a bandbox? Well those home runs really seem to fly out of their and it is fitting that they were smacked up on opening day. I dropped the fact that ground was broke on Babe Ruth birthday, and that 86 years was the run of the old Stadium. That may be the correct recipe for the baseball voodoo that causes curses like the one in Boston. It does not surprise me, since Brian Cashman is a Yankee hating Dodger fan who secretly is dismantling this team while dumb and dumber ( The two Steinbrenner Kids) sit around and watch him throw away Daddy’s money. Now one more thing. If someone asked what pitcher has been the most important for the Yankees for the last 14 years the answer would be Mariano Rivera. So would it not be a good idea to groom Joba to eventually take this all important role? The Yankees would have the strongest eighth and ninth inning punch in baseball. After going back and forth with Papelbom as starter and reliever, he did the right thing and left him in the bullpen. Im really done talking about this shmuck, but here we go again.

You may have noticed a lapse in this fine news outlet. That lapse was during the A-rod steroid scandal. You know if people would just listen to me, and the Steinbrenners would just turn over day to day operations over to me they would not be in mess that they are in now. Let me say that I was done talking about steroids months ago, way before the bum A-rod was caught in the biggest disgrace the Front office of the Yankees have had to deal with since the backstabbing of Bernie Williams. How many times have I told you that A-rod was a bum? I actually tried to be a more understanding person last year and was way easier on this bum, but now the gloves are off until the end of this disgraceful liar’s career. Let’s get this straight, Alex Rodriguez did this to justify his contract, and A-rod did not know what he was putting in his body for three years. Please. Also, sources have said that his steroid dealer and cousin have been travelling with him on the road for the last few years. Look, I blame this on the incompetent moron and megadunce, Brian Cashman for bringing this bum to the Bronx. I also blame this on George Steinbrenner for bringing the dumbest man in baseball to the Bronx to be GM. That being said,
I have nothing else to say about the lying cheating worthless bum Alex Rodriguez. A-rod may be a five tool player but Joe G rates players on 7 tools. They are as follows, throwing, running, fielding, hitting, hitting for power, clutchness, and brains. Well A-rod may have the first traditional five tools but he has no clutchness, and no brains. This is why this bum has a major flaw in his game. Now what do you expect when this player was brought here by the dumbest man in baseball? Understand the last two tools are the most important. Let’s look at it like this. Look at David Ortiz. The guy can’t run or field very well, but the last two tools overshadow the two he lacks. Only smart players are able to be clutch. Being clutch is a state of mind. Just look at Ortiz in a big spot, the ball is in his court, he makes the pitcher sweat. Look at A-rod in a big spot, his body language shows he does not even want to be there, and all pitchers know that this loser would rather be getting a root canal than being in a game tying situation with two outs at the plate. The last two tools are heavily related you see. And it is quite obvious A-rod is not too blessed in the brains department. He is such a terrible liar it amuses me that he loves to play poker. Hey Alex I got a cash game at my house once a month. Bring your gazillion dollars and easy to read body language. I am so done talking about this bum I hope he’s out for the whole year, maybe then the Yanks have a shot. One last thing, his comments in the WBC shows how stupid this man is. He tells reporters he wishes that Jose Reyes lead off for the Yankees. Oops, choke rod just put his foot in his mouth. The New Yankee stadium is a disgrace and was built by taxpayer as the number one schmuck in the town, Bloomberg continues to lie about where the money came from. This is the same bum who is helping moron Joel Klein steal stickball from the youth of New York City.

Now let’s talk briefly about the Mets. Omar Miniya who at one point I thought was the best GM in baseball is up to what he does best: nothing. Okay, getting Putz, and K-rod were good moves but Oliver Perez is a bum , and the fact that signed this bum is ridiculous. The new CITI field has ditched the Met colors, and is taking a gigantic shit on the hardworking blue collar workers of Willets point. The FDNY, and building department have been giving out summonses like it was going out of style to try to push these hard working folks from the businesses they have owned for years. Of course public schmuck number one has been giving the orders. As if the building department and FDNY don’t have anything better to do. By the way I would like to thank the inventors of the Yiddish language for inventing the wonderful word shmuck. It has such a great quality when describing sewage like Bloomberg. The guy gets the corrupt city council in his pocket for voting against term limits so that they can stay in office on our dime forever. Of course they will vote with him. These bums sit around doing nothing but wasting our money and now that Shmuckberg has them in pocket, we can expect more of the same nonsense. Bloomberg, you are truly a disgrace. Go back to Beantown where you belong and Ruin their city. Bring back Kotch!

WBC. America should be able to win this every time, even with second tier players. This is nonsense. If these guys are not going to handle business we should just put in college players like the Olympics. We should not be losing in baseball to anyone. This is is a joke. Either we go all out or we put in the college kids and let them play. This is Americas game and the US should win this hands down every year.

Now for the Bum of the year. This is such a hard one to win when you’re up against A-rod. The 2008 bum of the year goes to Roger Clems. Liar, Cheater, and arrogant beast who thinks the American public is as stupid as he is. Sitting around the congress building surrounded by bums he fits in perfectly. This man is slowly but surely dancing his way into a Fedral prison. Roger shut your big fat stupid mouth. You’re a disgcrace to the great game and a cheating bum You make me and most Americans sick and you probably will never make the hall of fame.

I have waited long enough. I have tried to wait for as long as I can. Sycophantic sub human douchebag and horrendous broadcaster Michael Kaye must now eat his words. I guess moron and spineless idiot Brian Cashman is continuing to practice “fiscal responsibility”. This was the catchphrase the yes-men at the YES network were pummeling the Yankee faithful with. last season This propaganda campaign was spearheaded by the worst broadcaster in sports, that being Michael K the Moron. He tried to twist one of Cashman’s only good moves, that being not trading Phil Hughes for Johann Santana, as practicing good old fiscal responsibility. This absolutely enrages me, and it enrages me that both of these bums have jobs. I really do not go into how bad of a General Manager Brian Cashman is enough on this blog. And even the casual Yankee fan understands what a douchebag Michael Kaye is. These facts have all been documented right here.
Let’s just look at the nonsense that has transpired in the last few months.: first the moron Cashman continues to make the same mistakes again and again. I understand that to land a monster pitcher like C.C. Sabathia you need to drop the big bucks. However, it is known that Sabathia did not even want to come to New York. He waited as long as he could to get any other offer but Steinbrenner’s money is so long, eventually one must sign on the dotted line. He made an offer that no one can refuse. The real story here is that Sabathia did not really want to become a Yankee. This was the same case with Randy Johnson, and look at how that worked out. You got to drop big money to land the big man, but what if the big man does not want to be here? Regardless of how good Sabathia is, his contract is absurd.
Then the bum Cashman goes out and signs A.J. Burnett. Burnett is a tough competitor and a good clubhouse guy according to all reports, but he is also a pitcher who is 10 games over .500 lifetime. Now does a pitcher who is ten games over .500 warrant this kind of a paycheck? Well, if you are one of the morons who run the Yankees, you are very likely obsessed with people who beat the pants off your team as A.J .Burnett has done in the past. I mean this is Johnny Damon all over again. The next thing you know, the fools will be begging Kurt Schilling to come out of retirement and join the team. This is a destructive pattern of behavior by the dummies who continue to run this team into the ground. This is just more of the same old story.
So here we have a team that spends $201 million on its payroll this year (and they are likely not finished), and they still want the people of the great state of New York to give them an extra $260 million dollars. That must make Met fans really feel great. Liar and destroyer of stickball culture Michael Bloomberg continues to lie on his website saying that the Yankees are paying for the stadium themselves. This is an outright lie. As a matter of fact, the Yankees were given $942 million in tax-free bonds to build this unnecessary disgraceful building. This was all put in motion by the shmuck Bloomberg. The is the same guy who once introduced Joe Torre as Joe Torrez. This is how out of touch this lowlife is. He doesn’t even know the ex-manager's name but had free luxury boxes for his staff in the contract. I must bring these facts to light. The Yankees organization is an absolute disgrace and continues to be one. What can I do? It makes me sick that the people who run this great team are the scum of the earth. Our mayor wants to seize power for a third term through thinly veiled fascist tactics. You see the scumbags want it both ways, they want to spend $201 million on these new players but don’t want to cough up the dough to pay for the ballpark. This is just more and more of the same type of looting of the taxpayer dollar that you will continue to see as the common man has no control over his own money. If this was happening in another country, they would have riots but in the good ol' USA, it's business as usual. Take it and like it. For the prices they want me to pay for a ball game, they should be ashamed. I already explained the way that the scumbags tried to bill me for season tickets the next year without asking me. The Yankees brass are a disgrace and should be banished from the sport.

The Torre book

All the facts that Torre dropped in the book I have been dropping for years. The whole team calls A-Rod "Fraud Rod", he is obsessed with Jeter, he is a primadonna, Cashman is a spineless man with no balls, and the Yankee organization is filled with lowlifes. Have I not been telling you this for years? Maybe now that Torre said it, you fools will finally believe me. Joe has too much class to have said anything when he was here, but I have been letting these facts be known for years. Cashman didn’t have Joe's back because he is a sniveling punk. Why am I so mad? The Yankees look like the favorite to win the World Series this year. THEY WIL NOT WIN THE WORLD SERIES THIS YEAR NEXT YEAR OR THE YEAR AFTER. THIS IS THE FACT. I guarantee it. As a matter of fact, if they win it this year, I will award Cashman the Yer Outta Here Man of the Year award. That will not happen. As long as Fraud Rod is on the team, they will not win. His team can’t stand him no matter what they say in the press. I can’t go into this too much, but I am done spending time on a man who can’t get himself his own cup of coffee. Cunt Andrea Peyser and other scum at the New York Post have taken shots at Torre, mostly because they believe the great Yankee organization can do no wrong. I will not even go into what this fool said because it makes my blood boil to hellfire. The post should be used as toilet paper.

The Mets

I am so enraged with this organization I can’t not even get too into it. Miniya picks up K-Rod. This does two things: replace Billy Wagner as closer, and turn the Mets into the most hated team in baseball. I mean Wagner is done so they go out and get a closer. Good job, it is what is required. What have you really done though? The mid relief is what suffered the most last year not the closer. So they go out and get JJ Putz. Now JJ was a terrific pitcher, but was horrendous last year. He lost his job as closer and when he returned to it he was a cliffhanger every night. Putz was coming off injuries last year. That is injuries plural. He was not effective and it may be that his best years are behind him. Now I understand picking up Putz, but you have to do more. If you only get Putz, what have you done? The bullpen is still filled with bums. And why on earth would Miniya get rid of Joe Smith? Why would he do that? Because he himself is a putz.
Now let me go into Frankie Rodriguez. For all of you Met fans who know nothing about the American League, let me just tell you this guy will complement your team perfectly. He was one of the most hated players in the AL because of the way he celebrates after every save like he just won the World Series. As a matter of fact, even Mariano Rivera, who is known as being one of the nicest guys in baseball, asked not to be situated anywhere near him in the locker room at the 2008 All-Star game. This guy will be a perfect match for Reyes, who will have a new little dancing partner. The Mets will be involved in more fights this year than maybe since the eighties. K-Rod has already said the Mets are now the team to beat. What a moron. I hope the Marlins take the Mets out the last day of the season in 2009 just like last year. The Mets are a discrace and Met fans should be appalled at what a pathetic team this is. No team has ever choked worse than the Mets. They are a bunch of bums and should be ashamed of themselves. You wanna go out and get a good player Omar? Go out and get Hanley Ramirez. This guy has the heart of a lion and has said he would go out even injured to beat the Mets and take them out of contention. Well he has succeeded. This is a real shortstop with heart and the fire to win. Not the idiot they have now.
The Mets have no business charging the prices they want this year when the team performs in such a disgracfeful way. What are they doing now? What has Miniya done? He has done nothing except make his team more hated. He has gotten rid of one of the only bright spots in the bullpen and replaced him with a guy who may be already done. Maybe he has been playing golf with the idiot Brian Cashman. I will tell you one thing. With this economy, you will see plenty of empty seats in both new stadiums, and this is what Steinbrenner and the Wilpons deserve.

One last thing: 2008 Bum of the Year award goes to the lying cheating bum Roger Clemens, who is slowly but surely dancing his way into fedral prison because he can not keep his big mouth shut. He is making Barry Bonds look like a genius.

New York Kicked in The Balls

During this years postseason I just laid back and watched wonderful baseball. Let me just say that the Cubs are unbelievable. If you do not believe in curses you must believe in bad luck. For a team which as much history as the Cubs, it is statistically amazing that they have not won in so long. Not Even Lou Pinella could get these bums to drink the water. Mike Soscia comes up empty with a suicide squeeze attempt against Boston. Let me tell you something, you have a man at third you swing the bat with one out , no outs, or two outs. He should be roasted for this move and what I consider the best team in baseball has no excuse. I picked the Brewers and the Angels to play in the World Series at the beginning of the year, and I was wrong. The Phillies winning the World Series is like getting kicked in the balls for a met fan. The Devil Rays winning the pennant and the Yankees signing Cashman for another three years, is like being body slammed down a flight of stairs, being shot in the face with a cannon and then getting kicked in the balls. Beltran must eat his words. The Phillies are clearly running the NL east and the Mets are just a bunch of losers literally. Let’s just look at the postseason this year and how much of a disgrace it was for New York. Here is Joe Torre bringing a terrible team down the stretch and getting them into the postseason regardless of the outcome. Here on his team is Manny Ramirez playing like everyone knows he is capable of. Let’s just look at this situation. Here you have arguably the best Manager in baseball let go by the Morons in Tampa. You also have the best right handed hitter in the last fifty years who grew up less than a mile from Yankee stadium in the playoffs again. How did the Yankees never get Ramirez? In any case the subhuman Michael Kay is on his Yankees show on ESPN, bashing Torre and saying that the Dodgers are in a terrible Division and that is the only reason they are in the playoffs. Listen, no one has been more critical of the horrendous NL west than me. The bottom line is however, that they are in the playoffs and the Yankees are not. Now, Omar Minaya is sitting around playing pocket pinball watching a team he tremendously outspent win the whole thing, playing against a team that spends 40 million a year on Payroll. I did let the fact be known that the rays were good but not good enough to win the whole thing. Here we have two GM’s in New York thoroughly embarrassed by their terrible moves and lack of judgment. The Phillies spend 98 million, the Rays 40 million. That’s 138 mill combined which is what the Mets spent last year. The Yanks spend 209 million and don’t even make the playoffs. I got news for you, the Mets will not be in it this year either. The mental scarring of being smashed the last day of the season two years in a row and knocked out is too much for any team to take. Just lay back and watch the stupid moves Cashman and Miniya will make. It will make your blood boil.

A conspiracy against the Yankees

The stretch this year has been literally unbelievable. The AL East without the Yankees in the mix is left to two teams fighting for the rights to the division. That team is Tampa bay, leaving the Red Sox to play the Angels. The AL Central came down to an amazing one game playoff, and the Angels easily won the West. Minus the central, no big thing.

The NL however is obviously another story. The Mets lost their war on last day of the season against the same Marlin team for the second year in a row. This ultimate double choke leaves New York fans to root against the Phillies, and against the Red Sox. More on this disgusting debacle later. The Central was easily won by the Cubbies, and the Brewers to grab the wild card from the pathetic Mets. The West was won by a guy who knows a little bit about playoff baseball, Joe Torre and the Angels. Amazing.

The playoffs this year will be a little something, and New York baseball fans will still watch. The last game at Yankee stadium was actually handled well by the New York Yankees, unlike most of their operations. Unfortunately for the fans at home, John Miller and Joe Morgan, the two worst guys in broadcasting, were at their usual posts for Sunday night baseball. In fact, the moron Michael K actually took the reins during the sixth and seventh inning and made himself look amazing compared to these fools. Joe Morgan kissed Reggie Jackson’s ass to a point where Reggie seemed uncomfortable. I will say this though, for the first time in my life: John Miller actually seemed to root for the Yankees during this game, unlike his usual Yankee hatred.

The last game at Shea was an absolute disgrace because the dunces who run the Mets organization scheduled these events for after the game, leaving Met fans with a foul taste in their mouths for ever. Who scheduled these events? That person should be fired immediately. Even if these events were scheduled months earlier when the planners probably thought the game would be meaningless, they should have changed that a day before when they realized that the game was do or die. Did these idiots not realize that such heart warming ceremonies with all the Met greats would serve as a lightning rod to charge up the Met fans and the players? Maybe even softening the cold hearts of the official new Mets killers, the Florida Marlins? What a debacle.

The Mets are an absolute disgrace and Omar Miniya should be fired immediately. I have had nothing but praise and respect for this man, who refuses to fill in the holes of the Mets pathetic bullpen, for two years in a row. He says there are no deals to be made. What an idiot. What good is it to get Johann Santana when once he hands over the ball, it is usually a waste? Darren Oliver is 7-1 with an era in the area of 2.77 and is playing on what many to consider the best team in baseball. Remember Darren Oliver? Why did the Mets let him go? This bullpen is filled with guys who could not get the job done. As a matter of fact, I thought Johann would win twenty-plus games this year, even with the Mets horrendous bullpen. Reyes, Wright and Delgado all ran out of gas with seven games left, but this has to be blamed more on the bullpen. How do you lose two years in a row at the last game of the year? You lose like this when your team is a bunch of bums assembled by a bum. What do the Mets do with a week left? They give Minaya a four year extension. This is unbelievable and the Mets can brace for more of the pathetic losses and lack of direction on their team.

The Yanks’ disgraceful ownership has extended the mental midget Brian Cashman’s contract to destroy this team until 2011. The conspiracy now must be confirmed. Brian Cashman’s sole mission is to destroy Yankee baseball for another three years.

According to the New Canaan Darien Magazine, in an article titled Loading the Bases, Brian Cashman says, “At that time I was one of the all-time Yankee haters,” referring to when he was a youngster and a Dodger fan.

This is who you hire as a GM into your organization? Let me illustrate this conspiracy to destroy the Yankees: my sources in Tampa have confirmed with me that Cashman’s father and George Steinbrenner were close friends. Cashman’s father was a horse breeder and trainer, and Steinbrenner’s connection to the seedy underworld of gambling is well-documented. Apparently, there was a tremendous financial disagreement between Cashman’s father and George Steinbrenner involving horses, and this disagreement may have involved a wager. Brian Cashman’s hiring was supposed to be some form of compensation for the Cashman family. Apparently, the balance of George’s debt was not taken care of and Brian’s mission has been to come up in the ranks and to destroy the Yankee organization on every level possible. This is the reason he made sure that if the great Joe Torre were to go, he would end up on Cashman’s favorite team, the LA Dodgers. Remember, the LA deal just popped up out of nowhere after Joe’s Yankee departure and was already done before fans knew what happened. This is not just a coincidence. It is no mistake that future manager Don Mattingly has followed.

As you may have noticed this year, I have been somewhat calmer, and I embraced the idea of a Yankee-less post season if it meant that bum Cashman would be fired. Unfortunately, this has not happened, so I must expose the conspiracy. We all know about Steinbrenner’s connections to Nixon and other Yankee haters, such as our current president who was once asked who he wanted to win the World Series in 2001, and he said, “Anyone but the Yankees.”

I must say that Cashman’s contract extension is worse than the Yankees being swept in 2004. This is the worst thing that could have possibly have happened to this team. This organization will continue to be run by our greatest enemy, Brian the Ruiner.

The stupidest man in baseball is at it again

I am beside myself. The Yankees have just got a thorough ass-whipping by the Anaheim Angels, and Bob Lorenz of the The YES Network is telling Michael Kaye, “Well you know, they are not totally out of it yet, as they are only nine and a half games back in the wild card."Michael, Bob, go take three valiums, have a snifter of cognac and hit the golf course. Your brain has been thoroughly washed by the YES machine and you are delusional. This is the FOX network of baseball. The difference is that real baseball fans don’t care about politics, they don’t want sugar coating. They see the writing on the wall.

The stupidest man in baseball is at it again. Idiot Cashman will now have Joba Chamberlain returning to the bullpen for 2009. Because of the Ching Ming Wang injury, and reasonably solidity of the bullpen, I did not go nuts about Cashman moving Joba into the starting rotation, even though I was against it 100%. Now, Cashman the Moron finally gets it and will move him back to the bullpen. How can I know this ahead of time, but the GM of the richest team in sports history

cannot figure out what is just common sense to anyone with half a brain? It isn’t even that simple. Joba is not even sure if he will come out of the bullpen and return to the starter role or if he will stay as the set-up man. What the hell is Brainless Cashman trying to do? He is such an imbecile it is absolutely infuriating. Let's think about this: with the amount of money that these idiots spend on players, the Yankees could have two teams. Injuries this year have been excuses for fans, and Cashman will take what he can get. Again, Cashman acts as if nothing is his fault and that it is bad luck that is keeping the Yanks out of the playoffs. Many will look upon the Santana situation as a misstep by Cashman, especially if the Mets go deep into the playoffs. The man actually has made some decent moves as of late, but always goes back to what he does best: ruining the Yankees.

Leave Joba alone. Leave him in the pen. Guess what? Goose Gossage believes that Joba should be in the pen, but I guess The Genius Brian Cashman knows better than a true Yankee great and hall of famer. It's unbelievable. I pray that this moron no longer works for the team next year. Let's get a new GM. Doesn't Willie Randolph need a job? Cashman, you are the biggest disgrace in the history of Yankees baseball, and I literally pray that you will be unemployed next year. You are an absolute failure and a black mark on this wonderful pastime.

Michael Kaye is easily the most despicable sports broadcaster in the world. This coward does nothing but badmouth the Yankees on his ESPN radio show, while defending Brian Cashman to the hilt. He has commended Cashman and called him fiscally responsible. That is the biggest joke I have ever heard in my life. Forget about his ridiculous views, the guy is also a horrendous broadcaster. Why does he have a job? This guy is up there with the worst in the game. I love when it is just Singleton and Flaherty on the YES broadcast. At least these guys played the game and know what the deal is. Kaye just sits there talking nonsensically about things vaguely related to baseball. He is a sycophantic douche bag with no spine. John Sterling has been equally horrendous as of late. I like Sterling, but his last few weeks on the radio have been absolutely terrible. The best baseball on cable in New York is SNY hands down. They often have more up to date and accurate information about the Yankees than YES does. This is because there is no spin. Stories do not need to be reviewed and approved. In any case, there needs to be changes in this organization from the top down. Hopefully it will start with the moron Cashman.

Baseball is in a sorry state

Baseball and softball are officially out of the Olympics. The reason the Olympic committee has banished the American pastime is because of their hatred of our great country. These are the same bums who allowed Roy Jones to be robbed in Seoul Korea of a gold medal after he easily beat Park Si Hun in the gold medal match, but was robbed by corrupt judges. Their reasoning behind removing baseball is because they want our best players and not the amateur players we have sent since the Olympics begun. The problem is that no one wants to play in the Olympics when they are in the middle of a pennant race. The players we send are the cream of the crop of our amateur prospects who all may have a shot in the big leagues. They should also be happy we don’t send our best teams because it would be unfair, unless players here would be allowed to play for their home countries like in the World Baseball Classic. That would be impossible, so we send our amateurs as all Olympic sports should. Our USA-China game was filled with bean balls and good old fashion country hardball. What about the softball? These absolutely amazing women only get to really shine on an Olympic stage, as there is no equivalent of the MLB for softball. I get it. People all over the world love synchronized diving but there is no room for baseball. The Olympic authorities are an absolute disgrace and shout be removed immediately.

Instant replay is becoming a reality in baseball. This is absolutely ridiculous. The human element is what makes baseball the beautiful sport it is. The officiating is easily better than any other sport in the world. I know umps have made some horrendous calls over they years, but all in all the officiating in baseball is superior to any sport hands down. You see the instant replay on TV and 99% of the time, they get it right. Compare the MLB to the NFL where the officiating is absolutely horrendous. They only get sixteen games, plus preseason and playoffs. This is tiny compared to the 161 games plus spring training and playoffs of the MLB. The simple solution is to hire two more umps per game just like the playoffs. We can not allow baseball to become as technological as football or our pastime will lose too much of its character. End of story.

Mike and the Mad Dog have split after nineteen years of spewing sewage over the airwaves of NYC. Chris Russo has been given an opportunity to bring his nonsense to a national level, with his vile opinions and annoying personality. Russo will fail as no one in Texas wants to hear a hyperactive idiot with a New York accent talk sports as if he is in the local pub with the idiots from his block. He will not work and will be the David Caruso of sports broadcasting. Though I kill these guys all the time, I listened to them for years and they made my blood boil on a daily basis. I will miss these two bums as a pair. The show worked as they were a team I don’t think Mike will be entertaining enough for his time slot.

The Rays look like the team to beat for now, but in the playoffs will they be able to defeat the big boys of Boston and Anaheim? No shot. This team will not win the pennant. They are one of the best teams in baseball, but their time has not yet come. The Angels will win the World Series. The Yankees are finished. It is a wrap for the Bronx Bombers. A-Rod has returned to bum status. He has a major flaw in his game: Rodriguez is not clutch and this is a serious problem. I already have known this for years, and I have let this fact be known for years. The guy can not get it done in a big spot because he is a headcase. This has hurt the Yankees in their attempt to compete in the East. The injuries of Wang, Posada, Joba, Matsui, Hughes, Geise, and short term injuries of Jeter, Chamberlain, A-Rod, and Petit have been disastorous for the Bronx. This does not excuse fumbling the biggest budget in professional sports by Brian Cashman for the last eight years. We will see if the bum returns for the new stadium. The AL Central is great this year, as the White Sox and Twins battle it out. What ever happened to Cleveland and Detroit? The AL West is pretty much sewed up by Anaheim. They look like the best team in baseball right now.

The NL East is a war as both the Mets and the Phillies must win the division, because the wild card is not guaranteed. The Mets bullpen is absolutely horrendous, even though they presently sit in first with Phillies close behind. Miniya again has not made any moves to reinforce the bullpen, and all this nonsense about putting Maine in the bullpen is disgraceful. What are they trying to do over there? Are they trying to create Aaron Heilman part two? Manuel is doing a terrific job but the team still is shakey. All the Met fans who now want to resign Delgado make me laugh. Go ahead. Sign the bum for another four years. See how that works out. Maybe if he doesent like the manager he'll take the year off, as he did with Willie Randolph at the helm.

The Cubs have the best record in baseball and look very serious. I would love to see them finally win the whole thing. Those are great fans and they deserve it. I think they will run into a harder hitting and better pitching AL team, but you never know. The NL West is a horrendous division as usual ,where the second place Dodgers are four games under .500. Joe Torre still has a shot to make the playoffs once again, which would be a great shot in the nuts to the idiots running the Yanks.
